Requisitos:

Applicants must have a completed Ph.D. in Political Science (or related field) or be able to demonstrate that all Ph.D. requirements will be completed within six months of the position start date, as part of the UBC requirement. In addition, the successful applicant must meet the eligibility criteria of the Canada Impact+ Emerging Leaders award (https://www.canada.ca/en/impact-plus-chairs/program-details/competition/2026/frequently-asked-questions.html).

• a curriculum vitae; 
• a description of current and future research interests (maximum 2 pages);
• a statement of teaching philosophy, interests and accomplishments (maximum 2 pages);
• evidence of teaching experience and effectiveness (e.g., summaries of teaching evaluations if available (official preferred), peer reviews of teaching, sample course materials); 
• a statement about experience working with a diverse student body and about contributions or potential contributions to creating/advancing a culture of equity and inclusion (maximum 1 page);
• one writing sample, either published or unpublished (ideally, article-length).
