• Successfully completed university degree, preferably in a field related to the social sciences or humanities; a doctorate is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.
• Experience in science management, ideally in the field of graduate education.
• An interest in doctoral-level education in demography and related fields.
• A committed and independent working style, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and a high level of motivation.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills Proficiency in German is desirable.
