Requisitos:
Applicants must have a PhD in Sociology or a cognate field by the time of appointment. Applicants with all fields of expertise are encouraged to apply, but we are particularly interested in applicants with a demonstrated ability to teach courses in introductory sociology, and introductory statistics and research methods. The successful applicant should be prepared to teach a range of undergraduate sociology courses. There may be opportunities to develop and teach upper-level courses in the candidate’s own area of specialization. While this is primarily a teaching position, lecturers are also expected to participate fully in the affairs of their department and fulfill service obligations to the University and community.

• evidence of teaching abilities and effectiveness (course outlines, complete sets of student evaluations, sample class assignments, etc.)

• The names and contact information of three referees
