Postdoc Position Research Area Continuing Higher Education – German Centre For Higher Education Research

Requisitos:

You have graduated with an excellent degree in a discipline relevant to higher education research (e.g. sociology, economics, educational or political sciences). Furthermore, you have completed your doctorate with outstanding success. In your research, you focus on continuing higher education or adjacent subject areas (e.g. postgraduate studies and labor market, educational economics, permeability between higher education and vocational training, lifelong learning), employing quantitative and/or qualitative methods. Knowledge about organizational and governance-related research on higher education is desirable. You take pleasure in developing new, innovative topics in your field of research and possess exceptional theoretical knowledge and methodological skills. You have published in high-profile international journals. In addition, you appreciate working with larger teams and research contexts as well as cooperating with junior researchers. You show a proficient command of the English language and are experienced in obtaining third-party funding.
