Requisitos:
Candidates must hold a PhD (or be near completion) in organizational behaviour, psychology, industrial relations, management, sociology or related discipline, and should have a demonstrated potential in scholarly research in these areas, as well as teaching effectiveness and/or strong teaching potential in OB related courses. Teaching responsibilities will be primarily in the area of human resource management and organizational behavior, such as organizational behavior, leadership and performance management. Teaching requirements may be at either the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
