Requisitos: 

Candidates must have a Ph.D. (or be close to completion by the date of appointment) in Sociology or in a closely related field. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and potential for excellence in research, teaching and service commensurate with the Assistant Professor rank. Responsibilities will include contributing to course delivery and curriculum development in Sociology and developing and expanding a high quality externally funded research program, including grants from Canada’s federal funding agencies (SSHRC, CIHR, NSERC). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop new courses in their area of focus.
