Good Governance Officer – OSCE

Requisitos:
- First-level university degree in law, public administration, public policy, international development studies, social or political sciences, or other related fields;
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the fields of law, economics, public policy, or public administration;
- Experience in project management (i.a. development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation)
- Work experience in the field of good governance, anti-corruption and/or other areas related to economic and environmental governance (e.g. regulatory analysis, anti-money laundering, combatting the financing of terrorist activities);
- Proven ability to establish contact and develop relations with government officials and civil society counterparts;
- Strong analytical and drafting skills, including the ability to produce concise and informative reports, background documents, talking points, presentations;
- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills;
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
- Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
