Requisitos:

The Postdoc Network Brandenburg (PNB) invites postdoctoral researchers to apply for PNB Individual Grants starting in November 2021 or later.We are looking for highly motivated researchers at an early stage of their careers. Prerequisites are a completed research doctorate, an excellent publication record, scientific mobility, and a competitive and innovative research proposal compatible with the research profile of the host university. In addition to the salary, the positions include an allowance of €1.000 per year for research purposes, mobility, scientific events, or similar. Organizational support regarding visa, insurance, housing, etc. will be provided by the host university.

Brandenburg universities strive to maintain gender balance among their staff and to foster career opportunities for women. Applicants with health impairments shall receive preference in the case of equal qualifications. The most important selection criterion is the outstanding quality of the planned research project and the academic excellence of the applicant.

Your application should include a CV, copies of academic certificates and documents, a list of publications, contact details of two potential references, and a three-page outline of the proposed research project tailored to the research profile of the chosen university. Please also submit an employer’s declaration (see form) and a letter of support from a professor of the selected host university. The host is expected to provide the office and laboratory space and funds exceeding the allowance, if such are required for the project.
