Requisitos: 

• Completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably related to communication, administration, social sciences or humanities 
• Experience in science management or in comparable administrative-strategic contexts 
• Experience in conceptual and organizational work as well as in the content preparation of complex topics 
• Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) and good knowledge of English (at least level B2), both written and spoken 
• Strong organizational and planning skills combined with a structured, forward-looking and reliable working style 
• High communication and coordination skills as well as enjoyment of working in networked structures 
• Problem-solving and responsible action, flexibility and willingness to engage with new subject areas Confident use of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools Team spirit, commitment and the ability to implement and advance tasks independently
