Requisitos: 

• Hold or be close to completion of a PhD/DPhil in Demography, Sociology, Statistics, International Development or a related field. 
• Relevant experience working on topics linked to fertility and reproductive behaviour 
• Experience using and managing data from large-scale surveys, censuses, and/or other demographic data sources 
• Strong skills in quantitative research methods, proficiency in using and writing code in R and/or STATA for data curation, cleaning, analysis, and visualization 
• Strong commitment to documenting code and maintaining best ‘Open Science’ practices 
• Interest in cross-national comparative research across countries of the Global South and the Global North 
• A record of high-quality research, commensurate with candidate’s career stage 
• Ability to work independently, manage own academic research and associated activities, and also to collaborate with colleagues 
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English, including the ability to write for publication, present research results, and represent the research group at meetings 
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet specified deadlines
