Requisitos: 

Applicants must hold a PhD or equivalent, preferably in International Relations or Political Science. They must have experience with research, teaching and service commensurate with a tenured associate professorship. Candidates from the Global South are particularly encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will be expected to lead the development of research in their field at the Institute and beyond. Excellence in research and publication is therefore essential. 

The position involves teaching postgraduate courses and supervising master’s dissertations and PhD theses in the Department of International Relations/Political Science. It also requires teaching and supervision of Master’s dissertations in the Institute’s interdisciplinary Master’s programme. 

Candidates must therefore be able to offer general and specialised courses; experience with graduate supervision is an asset. The teaching language is either English or French. Prior knowledge of French is not required, but the successful candidate is expected to acquire at least a passive knowledge of it within two years of being hired.
