Gender Expert – Interreligious and Intercultural Context – KAICIID

Requisitos:

• Advanced university degree (master’s level or higher) in gender studies, social sciences, international development, human rights, or a related field;
• Minimum 7 years of proven expertise in gender mainstreaming in both institutional and programmatic contexts, particularly with intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental bodies, or United Nations agencies;
• Demonstrated track record in the successful delivery of similar assignments;
• Experience delivering training to diverse professional groups;
• Strong knowledge of global gender equality frameworks;
• Familiarity with interreligious, intercultural dialogue is a strong asset;
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and intercultural sensitivity;
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment;
• English proficiency (written and oral).

– A detailed training proposal outlining the proposed methodology and tailored agendas for both training tracks.
