Requisitos:

Qualified candidates will have completed a PhD in Political Science by the time of appointment; 

• demonstrate the ability to deliver research-enhanced teaching; 
• and have a demonstrated record of teaching excellence (appropriate to stage of career) and ability to teach introductory and graduate level courses in the subfield of International Relations. 
• Required experience and skills in teaching will include a track record addressing equity, diversity and inclusion in the classroom or curriculum. 
• demonstration of outstanding teaching abilities evidenced by data, testimonials and other forms of documentation 
• demonstration of the ability to deliverresearch-enhanced teaching, which includes the use of scholarly methods in the development of courses demonstrated ability to teach to a diverse student body with a range of perspectives, experiences and cultures demonstration of cultural sensitivity 
• ability to give effective feedback to diverse students 
• inclusive, non-discriminatory approaches to teaching, curriculum and assessment
