Requisitos:
Essential
- Holding, or being close to completing, a PhD/DPhil in a relevant field (e.g. political science).
- An interest in and knowledge of economic insecurity, economic voting, and British politics.
- Evidence of an emerging (national or international) publication record in peer reviewed journals and leading publishers, commensurate with career stage.
- High level of expertise in the application of quantitative research methods using advanced statistical modelling. • Demonstrable proficiency in data management.
- Proficiency in relevant statistical software including Stata and/or R.
- Experience of using panel survey data or similar data (e.g. social science surveys in Britain or other countries).
- The ability to summarise and communicate research to academic and non-academic audiences.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility and responsiveness, the ability to prioritise workloads and to work to tight deadlines.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to work constructively and effectively both as part of a small research team and under own initiative.
Desirable
- Knowledge and some experience of questionnaire design.
- Media communication experience, including online blogs and podcasts.
- Experience of working with non-academic charity partners.
