Requisitos:

•  We are looking for a highly qualified professional with outstanding academic and practical knowledge in the advertised field. A relevant degree in social work, educational science, pedagogy, psychology, sociology or a comparable discipline and a qualified doctorate are required. 
• Furthermore, we require knowledge of and experience with application-oriented methods of action as well as theory-practice transfer. Research experience in the field of generativity, proven by relevant publications (also peerreviewed), is desirable.
