The ideal candidate will have a research focus on comparative politics or comparative political economy in the context of the ongoing crises and challenges in political decision-making, especially gender, diversity, or climate issues. A track record in these fields is therefore expected, alongside proven skills and competencies in the fields of quantitative data analysis, including causal identification methods and social data science (e.g., machine learning /AI or natural language processing).
