You bring as a prerequisite: 

•  University degree, preferred field of study: sociology or comparable direction 
•  In-depth knowledge of empirical labour market research 
•  Sound knowledge of economic, labour market and social policy 
• In-depth knowledge of empirical research methods 
• Sound knowledge of statistical analysis methods 
• English (knowledge level B2 according to GeR)
