Requisitos

They invite applications from candidates who have a proven track record in economic and organisational sociology with a research focus on work, labour, and organizations. We appreciate research profiles that can establish conceptual links between social structures on the meso-level of organisations and larger societal structures of inequality (e.g., along dimensions of gender, social class, or ethnicity). Additionally, they would like candidates who can provide theoretical and empirical insights into the micro-foundations of organisational behaviour and decision making (e.g., by drawing on behavioural science approaches).

  • Cover letter – 2 x A4 pages maximum 
  • Full curriculum vitae to include the names and contact details of 3 referees
  • Research statement (summarising current research and future research plans) – 2 x A4 pages maximum
