Requisitos:

A first-level university degree in public administration, political science, law, human rights or other relevant field;

Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience at operational level of designing and implementing complex, international human rights projects involving multiple stakeholders;

Experience working with relevant international human rights standards with a particular focus on human rights defenders; 

Experience promoting human rights, including experience at the international level in an advisory or operational function in the OSCE area;
