Requisitos:

PhD degree in political science and administration, or a PhD degree that may beconsidered equivalent with the specified research areas. The applicants should havereceived their PhD degree no longer than three years prior to the application deadline andnot later than the time of the decision of employment.

Very good English in speech and writing is a requirement. Spanish is not arequirement but considered a merit.
