Requisitos:

• Second-level university degree in law, international relations, public policy, political or social sciences; a first-level university degree in combination with two years of additional qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the second-level university degree; 
• A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible management experience preferably in an international set up, with a good established understanding of the complex political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and of the role of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina;
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills;
• A good working knowledge of the BiH official languages is highly desirable;
• Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications;
• Ability to work with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities.
• Holding a valid driving license.
