Requisitos:

• A PhD degree in public administration, political science or closely related discipline;
• Enthusiasm for and experience in managing professionals with an inspiring, supportive and inclusive leadership style;
• Profound knowledge of the governance of sustainability challenges and a vision for future research and education;
• A track record of scientific publications of recognized international quality, contributing to disciplinary and interdisciplinary debates;
• Proven experience in interdisciplinary research and teaching and proven affinity with one or more of the Wageningen domains, in particular, water and climate, food and agriculture, energy and the circular economy;
• A track record of acquiring, leading and managing externally funded research projects from a variety of funding sources;
• A committed and inspiring educator and PhD supervisor, with a proven ability to design and innovate teaching methods;
• Commitment to achieving societal impact and the ability to interact effectively with societal partners in research and education.
