Requisitos:

• First-level university degree in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law, international human rights law or other human rights related fields.Previous international work experience and ability to produce reports on human rights issues;
• Command of the project management cycle from project development through monitoring and evaluation;
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames;
• Previous work experience in field missions, preferably in Central Asia or South Caucasus;
• Ability to operate Windows applications, including word processing, Excel and e-mail;
• Working level of Russian and/or Tajik/Persian language;
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills; 
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
• Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
• Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
